Raj Gupta III is an accomplished entrepreneur, author, and civic leader with a career spanning business innovation, renewable energy, and public service. As Founder and CEO of Visionary Strategic Solutions LLC, he leads a consulting and marketing firm that leverages advanced AI-driven systems to help organizations scale, enhance customer engagement, and achieve sustainable growth.

Raj began his entrepreneurial journey at twenty, selling Kirby vacuums door to door, an experience that built his drive and resilience. He later founded Purified Leads LLC, which achieved rapid success and was acquired in 2021. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he helped generate over $100 million in revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, Raj serves as Consulting Vice President at Novel Energy Solutions, where he provides strategic guidance for renewable energy and community-solar initiatives. A published author, he continues to inspire others through his work on leadership, purpose, and personal transformation.

Beyond business, Raj is a devoted father of six and active member of El Beth-El Church in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Freemason and York Rite member, he embodies the principles of faith, service, and moral leadership. Together with his wife, Marissa, an active-duty U.S. Navy member, Raj remains committed to family, community, and purposeful leadership.
